General Description
A Doll House Cottage
Peace and tranquility surrounds this lovely cottage in the heart of the Old Town. From the serene treed lot with furnished patio and BBQ, to the gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and convenient tub/shower bath, this homely retreat has it all suitably located on one floor.
The main bedroom has a comfy queen size bed. Relaxing living room closes up for privacy to form the second bedroom which includes a sofa bed, cable TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace.
A short but charming walk will take you to Shaw Festival Theatres, boutiques, restaurants, golf, recreation trail and the lake.

Our rates are based on the number of people/bedrooms. The entire cottage is rented only to one party at a time, we simply adjust the rate depending on the number of people and how many bedrooms you require (except on long weekends the maximum rate is charged). Min. 2 nights on weekends in season, min. 3 nights on long weekends required. Max. 6 people (including children) are permitted in this accommodation.

- We greatly appreciate as much notice as possible in case of a cancellation. Following is our cancellation policy: You have up till two weeks before the scheduled date of arrival to cancel your reservation without penalty. If you cancel within the two weeks, but not less than 4 days before the scheduled date of arrival, half of the total rate is due. If cancellation is made within 4 days of the scheduled date of arrival the total rate is due.
If the Cottage is re-rented for the dates of your reservation, there will not be a charge except for any shortfall in the rental amount. (example: If you booked 3 days and we are only able to rent 1 day, only the difference will be charged.)
IMPORTANT: In order to guarantee a reservation, we require your written agreement to be bound by our cancellation policy as described above and further agreement to permit your credit card to be charged if a cancelation is made within the cancelation period.

From the Queen Elizabeth Way
Take exit 38B (Niagara Stone Road) and follow the signs to Niagara on the Lake, Hwy/Regional Rd. 55.
Follow Hwy 55 to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
Turn right on Mary St. (fifth set of lights)
Turn left on Gate St. (second street on your left)
The cottage is the third last house before the first stop sign, on your left, the number is 425.
If you are crossing the USA/CANADA border in Lewiston, NY at the Queenston/Lewiston Bridge, take the first exit after the toll booths (Stanley Ave.) and follow the scenic Niagara Parkway into Niagara-on-the-Lake. Niagara Parkway becomes Queen St. in downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake. Turn left on Gate St. and go up four blocks. A Doll House cottage will be the 4th house on your right hand side once you pass William St.
