General Description
Anne Street Cottage is a charming four-bedroom, three-bath cottage in old town. This cozy, comfortable and tastefully appointed home is owned by international artists, Mark & Charlene Thellmann.
Your cottage includes a fireplace, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances and beautifully carved cabinetry, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishware, cookware, utensils, complimentary coffee and tea. Table linens are provided for the dining room. Sleep up to 8 persons.
Cottage has four bedrooms, three baths, living room, dining room with large picture window, wrap around porch, hardwood floors, new linens, AC, cable TV/VCR/DVD (+personal movie collection), private backyard patio with barbeque, and ample parking.
Anne Street Cottage is the perfect place to share with family and friends, for vacations, romantic getaways, girlfriend weekends, group retreats.
Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am. No pets, no smoking.
RENTAL RATES: Based on 1-8 persons. Min. 2 day rental
High season- May 1st - October 31st. 2 day weekend (Fri-Sat)$800.00, 2 days (Sun-Thurs) $700.00, Weekly $2,200.00
Low season- Nov 1st - April 30th. 2 day weekend (Fri-Sat) $675.00,
2 day (Sun-Thurs) $550.00, Weekly $1700.00

Standard Policies

- Anytime after 4pm (Alternative time can be pre-arranged subject to availability)

- 11:00 a.m. or earlier
- Cancellation:
- Reservations will be held with a 25% deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card , cash or cheque (check). Final payment is due one month prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel prior to 31 days of your arrival date, we refund your deposit less a processing fee of $25.00. If you cancel in the last 31 days before arrival, you forfeit your deposit unless we can re-book and if we re-book,a processing fee of $25.00 will apply.
In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages accessed upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.
