General Description
A tranquil retreat for the everyday. Sit in our garden, listen to the pond and brook and relax your cares away. Located one and one half blocks from the golf course and Lake Ontario where you can enjoy some amazing sunsets. Just a short leisurely stroll to town where you can plan to take in the theatre, shopping and enjoy some of the finest restaurants.
This five bedroom cottage sleeps 10. It is a no-smoking environment, pets and children are welcomed. Not suitable for very young children due to fish pond.
Many amenities are provided including wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, linens and towels. Bikes are avaialble for you to ride along some of the beautiful streets that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer or take a ride along the scenic Niagara Parkway.

RATES (TWO NIGHT MINIMUM)
High Season (May-October) $425 per night for up to 8 people, $25 extra per person per night for 8 - 10 people. Weekly discounted rate is $2500.
Low Season (Nov - April), $325 per night for up to 8 people, $25 extra per person per night for 8 - 10 people. Weekly discounted rate is $1800.
*Discounted rates apply to longer stays, please ask Property Manager.

- Cancellation:
- Reservations will be held with a 25% deposit. We accept Visa, Master Card, cash or online debit e-transfers. Final payment is due one month prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy:If you cancel prior to 31 days of your arrival date, we refund your deposit less a processing fee of $25.00. If you cancel in the last 31 days before arrival, you forfeit your deposit unless we can re-book and if we re-book,a processing fee of $25.00 will apply. In lieu of a security deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any damages accessed including any smoke related residue upon your departure. All charges will be discussed prior to issuing.

Driving Directions:
From Toronto:
Follow QEW to the second exit past the Skyway Bridge in St. Catherines (Exit 38B).
Make a left turn on York Rd, then right at Airport Rd (Automotive Warehouse) and follow straight through to Hwy.55. Turn right onto Hwy 55, through the town of Virgil and into the Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Turn left on Gage Street (3 rd street past Tim Horton's) to 354 Gage St..
From Lewiston/Queenston Heights Customs Checkpoint:
Once you clear Customs, there is a toll booth to enter Canada ($2.50 (US) Proceed straight ahead to next exit at Stanley Ave, turn right, and follow signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake. You will be traveling parallel to HWY 405. At the round-about, exit halfway on your right unto Niagara Parkway leading you directly to the Old Town in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
You will arrive on Queen St (shopping & theatre area). Continue to past the Charles Inn and beginning of golf course, turn left on Dorchester St, right on Gage St and Brook Haven is on your immediate left.
From Buffalo/Fort Erie
Upon exiting Customs, you will automatically fall on the QEW heading north. Follow signs to Toronto/Hamilton, past Niagara Falls to exit Hwy 55, Niagara Stone Road.
Follow signs to Niagara-on-the-Lake, making a left turn on York Rd, then right at Airport Rd (Automotive Warehouse) and follow straight through to Hwy.55. Turn right onto Hwy 55, through the town of Virgil and into the Old Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Turn left at Gage St (three streets pass Tim Horton's) to just past Dorchester St. Brook Haven is located at 354 Gage St on your left.
